The Cane Corso is a Roman working breed — a light-footed guardian of the family and the land. We breed it the way it was meant to be bred: for a sound body, a stable mind, and the quiet confidence to switch off in the house and switch on when it counts.

What makes it a serious program

    Health-tested parents

    Every breeding dog is evaluated to our standard — hips, cardiac, and a DNA panel — before it ever produces a litter.

    Written guarantee & contract

    Each puppy leaves under a written health guarantee and contract. Clear terms, nothing buried.

    Early neurological stimulation

    Puppies are raised on an ENS and early-socialization protocol from day three, not left in a kennel run.

    Temperament, then type

    We select for the Corso mind first — stable, confident, biddable — then for structure and old-world type.

    Raised in-home

    Litters are whelped and raised inside, underfoot, around the noise of a real household in the Valley.

    Lifetime breeder support

    You keep our number for the life of the dog. If it ever can't stay with you, it comes back here.

From the Valley,
built on the breed.

956 is more than an area code down here — it’s where we are from and how we do things. This program started with one correct dog and a refusal to cut corners on it.

Placeholder story — the client’s real history goes here: how they came to the breed, the dogs that built the line, and what they’re breeding toward. Every litter is raised in-home, underfoot, and placed with people who understand what a guardian dog asks of them.

  • Raised right, yes — the Corso is deeply devoted and gentle with its own people. It is a guardian breed, not a beginner breed: it needs early socialization, training, and an owner who leads. We match puppies to homes that fit.
